Henry Jekyll's been acting very odd lately - he's cooking up something with arsenic, he's trying to find an insane asylum inmate to experiment on, and he's... bought a bicycle?!? Well, whatever he's up to, it's surely something good. This musical movie is sure to amuse just about anyone.
